CHRISTMAS POST & OPENING HOURS

Don't leave December orders until the last minute! Once your order is with Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee delivery by certain dates over the Christmas period. We strongly advise you to place any orders for first class mail by Friday 14th December if you require delivery before Christmas. Thereafter, please select the courier option. Orders valued at over £50 will continue to be despatched via Parcel Force and should arrive within 48 hours of despatch. If in doubt, please call our office for advice.

Our office in West London will also be open on week days from Thursday 13th December until Friday 21 December (10.00 - 5.30) for direct sales or to pick up telephone orders.  If you are concerned about delivery times, or have any questions, please contact us on 020 7792 8687 or email info@lessmosquito.com and we can advise options available. The office is situated at Unit 10, Baseline Business Studios, Whitchurch Road, London W11 4AT. If you are planning to visit, we suggest you call ahead so we can prepare your order in advance.

The warehouse will continue to despatch internet orders as normal up to and including 21 December.  Internet orders placed subsequently to that will be despatched on 28, 31 December and then again on 3rd January 2013.

UK Orders

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day.

Standard delivery orders under £50 will be dispatched via Royal Mail *1st class mail*. This is not a tracked service – please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.

Please note that delivery times with Royal Mail do vary especially during busy periods so if you need your goods to be with you within a short time-frame we strongly recommend you choose the courier option. Once goods are with Royal Mail we are not able to take further responsibility for them.

Standard delivery orders over £50 will automatically be upgraded to a tracked service with Parcel Force. We will send tracking information to your googlecheckout email address once the order has been dispatched.

Choosing courier means your order will be with you within 48 hours of dispatch (2 working days, Saturday and Sunday are not included). Please note, orders may arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, but this is not guaranteed. Our usual partners for Express Delivery are UPS or Parcel Force.

Postage Costs

Standard Postage – £2.99 for the first item, 50p for each additional item.

48hour Express Delivery – £9.95 (48 hour service only available in the UK)

For standard delivery, please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive.

International Orders

For orders with a delivery address outside the UK your package will be sent by standard Royal Mail delivery and delivery times vary depending on your geographical location. Please see www.royalmail.com for further details on expected delivery times for your location.
