2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Howad Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 21 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 3 May 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the competition during the competition period using either or both of the following methods:

Website Entry

Complete the official competition entry form on the incognito® competition landing page.

Each valid website submission counts as one (1) entry.

Instagram Entry

Visit the official incognito® Instagram competition post and:

Each separate comment tagging one different friend counts as one (1) additional Instagram entry, up to a maximum of three (3) Instagram entries per person.

Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals. Duplicate tags, self-tagging, fake accounts, automated entries, or spam entries may be disqualified.

Participants may receive a maximum of four (4) total entries per person: one via website entry and up to three via Instagram entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants submitting the website form are choosing to subscribe to incognito® and Bea Adventurous Tours marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

5. Prize Details

Three (3) winners will each receive one incognito® Ultimate Travel Protection Kit with an approximate retail value of £100.

Prizes are subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any item within the prize bundle for a similar product of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.

Winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the competition closing date.

If any winner does not respond within 72 hours of first contact, incognito® reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Disqualification

incognito® reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• breaches these Terms & Conditions
  
• provides false or misleading information
  
• attempts to manipulate, tamper with, or interfere with the competition process
  
• submits duplicate or fraudulent entries
  

8. Limitation of Liability

incognito® accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.

incognito® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with the incognito® Privacy Policy.

Data will be used for administering the competition and, where consent has been given, for marketing communications.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
