The promoter of this competition is incognito®, a trading name of Howad Ltd, located at Unit 10, Baseline Business Studios, Whitchurch Road, London, W11 4AT, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Howad Ltd, Tired Mums Coffee, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition will run from 30th January 2025 to 23:59 on 5th February 2025.

Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Participants can enter via the following method(s):

- Follow Tired Mums Coffee on Instagram (@tiredmumscoffee).

Tag a friend in the comments section of the official giveaway post on incognito®’s Instagram page. Each unique tag counts as one entry (e.g., tagging multiple friends in separate comments equals multiple entries).

Important Notes:

Participants must complete all steps to be eligible.

Only one winner will be selected, regardless of the number of entries.

5. Prize Details:

The prize is a bundle from incognito® and Tired Mums Coffee worth £100, which includes:

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by 7th February 2025.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, incognito® reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Disqualification

incognito® reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition in any way.

8. Limitation of Liability

incognito® and Tired Mums Coffee accept no responsibility for incomplete or invalid entries or any technical issues preventing participation.

incognito® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
